About Maxime

I work at the intersection of technology, leadership and society.
My career began as a Technology Strategy Consultant at Accenture, where I led international teams on blockchain and digital innovation. Later I worked as AI Ecosystem Lead at Techleap and led a European research project on responsible technological leadership. In 2025 I founded Untangle Lab, an applied think tank focused on technology mindset and responsible leadership. In September 2026 I start a PhD on this subject at the University of Southampton in England.
Across all those roles, I saw the same pattern: the biggest challenge of technology isn't technical. It's human.
Mindset is the key
We talk a lot about AI adoption and innovation. Rarely about the mindset needed to do it well.
Leaders feel pressure to accelerate. Teams feel overwhelmed. Organizations implement systems without always pausing to reflect on the values baked into them.
My work is about developing the mindset that makes responsible technological leadership possible.
What shaped me
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and competed as an elite athlete at international level. That's where I learned what focus, discipline and mental calm mean under pressure.
During my studies in the United States I was part of a Division 1 rowing team. An experience that sharpened my international outlook and ambition.
That combination of entrepreneurship, elite sport and technology is the foundation of my work today.
Untangle Lab & FOMO 2.0
As founder of Untangle Lab I help organizations understand how their leaders and employees think about AI. We develop a mindset measurement instrument and a practical method for responsible AI implementation.
I also developed the FOMO 2.0 framework, which helps leaders move from overwhelm to clear action.
On stage
As a keynote speaker and moderator I bring energy, depth and sharpness to conversations about technology. I don't tell people what to think. I create room for them to start thinking again.
My goal: bring clarity to complexity — and activate leadership where it's needed.
